Loyalty for independent cafés, against a paper card that works.

Before you build it, four documents about it: who else is already selling to one or two sites, an owner who is also on the machine, one price you can defend, a money model with every guess labelled, and where the first customers are.

What it checks first, for this one.

  1. What the till they already own does for loyalty, because that is the real incumbent rather than another app
  2. What the loyalty platforms charge per site per month, and whether they lock the customer list
  3. Whether the card schemes in this market allow the identification step the scheme depends on

What does one extra visit a month per customer have to be worth before the subscription is cheaper than the coffee it gives away?
